The weather over the last week has been all over the place but the weather men say that Saturday may be a better day so it is Darnum for an 8am start.

It is not only the last Saturday of the month but also the last for the 2015 financial year. This being the case we ride from Brandy Creek Winery starting at 8am.
It has come to our notice that some riders would like a slower and shorter group for our hillier circuit. There will be more than one group riding at different pace and distance.

Tomorrow is also our Baw Baw Cocktail Classic night. I understand that the entertainment will be very interesting and entertaining particularly with the voice of Australian Cycling Matt Keenan being our special guest. Great music and food.

The ride leaves from the Clocktower / Bicycle Centre at 8:30am for a 40-50km around 25km/h pace .ride as a group – nobody will get dropped if they’re slower. The route will probably be one of our usual loops towards Yarragon, either the same as the Sunday 7:50am loop or up Nilma-Bona Vista Rd to Hazeldean Rd (will gauge interest before we leave.

The year is flying by fast. Winter has definitely arrived. The weather on Saturday my be a bit damp and cold but lets not let it hamper our ride.
