I notice that many of us (other riders too) are still riding to Frankies by crossing the continuous white line in Victoria Street. We need to observe road rules regarding riding (also driving) over continuous white lines. So could you please set a good example to others by riding around the roundabout to Frankies via Palmerston Street. Your operation will be noticed and appreciated.

The other is not to park you bike in the landscaped garden. There was an incident last Sunday when a  member of the public was verbally not happy we as cyclists are not respecting the purpose of the landscaping especially adjacent to Frankies. your corporation is requested.

Melbourne Cup Ride 6 November 2018

Weather permitting there will be a  Melbourne Cup ride this Tuesday starting from the Warragul clock tower at 7am. It will be longer ride but at a much lower pace. The plan is to ride to Westbury returning via Yarragon where we may, depending of consensus, stop for a  coffee before retuning to Warragul. We should be back by lunch  so you’ll have the rest of the afternoon to watch the big race.

My previous post indicated an incorrect start tome of 8am. It should be 7am. Apologies.
