1August 2015 Ride

The weather has been a bit fickle over the last week. Tomorrow promises to be a little damp but will be ok for a ride, Darnum at 8am for all groups and coffee at the General Store after.

Cloudy. High high chance of rain, most likely in the morning and clearing in the afternoon. Snow falling above 1100 metres. Winds west to northwesterly 35 to 55 km/h. Overnight temperatures falling to between 2 and 6 with daytime temperatures reaching between 8 and 13.

25 July 2015 Ride

It will be the last Saturday of the month so we will be riding from Brandy a Creek Winery at 8am.

The  last week has been freezing and at times wet. Tomorrow promises to be ok at least in the morning. The prediction is that it will be partly cloudy. Medium (50%) chance of showers, most likely in the early morning. Snow possible above 1100 metres. The chance of a thunderstorm near the coast in the early morning. Winds northwesterly 30 to 45 km/h. Overnight temperatures falling to between 4 and 7 with daytime temperatures reaching between 8 and 15.

18 July Ride

Cold and wet weather recently however Saturday is slated to be reasonable – partly cloudy. Slight (30%) chance of a shower. Snow possible above 1100 metres. Winds east to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h becoming light during the morning. Overnight temperatures falling to between zero and 6 with daytime temperatures reaching between 7 and 13.

Darnum it is starting at 8am.

The forecast for the weekend is for rain however the bright part of this forecast is that the weather tomorrow morning is for reasonably fine weather. Let’s take on this positive and meet up for our ride.

the BOM forecast is That it will be partly cloudy with high (90%) chance of showers, most likely in the afternoon and evening. Snow falling above 900 metres. The chance of a thunderstorm about the ranges in the afternoon and evening. Possible hail in the evening. Winds north to northwesterly 25 to 40 km/h tending west to northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h in the late afternoon then becoming light in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 4 and 8 with daytime temperatures reaching between 8 and 14.

The weather over the last week has been all over the place but the weather men say that Saturday may be a better day so it is Darnum for an 8am start.

Winds northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h. Overnight temperatures falling to between minus 1 and 5 above zero with daytime temperatures reaching between 8 and 14.
