28 November 2020 Ride

2020 is rushing to and end. Hopefully it will be the end of Iso. Yep, its the last Saturday of November so our usual start venue will be Yarragon setting off at 8am. The weather promises to be very mild with light wind. Nothing to complain about.

Ian will be riding to Yarragon and joining the group on our usual Westbury circuit and will be rinding back to warragul after our coffee stop. A couple riders have indicated that would like to join Ian. Anyone else wanting to join in to meet at the clocktower at 7am for an easy pace ride to Yarragon. The total round trip will be around 100km. Speed and effort will be kept low to enjoy this longer ride.

It is forecast to be partly cloudy with   showers, most likely at night. The chance of thunderstorms in the east in the afternoon and evening. Thunderstorms possibly severe with damaging winds about the ranges in the afternoon and evening. Winds northwest to northeasterly 15 to 20 km/h tending southeast to southwesterly 20 to 30 km/h in the morning then tending northeast to southeasterly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 15 and 23 with daytime temperatures reaching 24 to 32.

21 November 2020 Ride

Milder weather but it will be a little windy tomorrow morning. Darnum it is, departing at 8am as usual. Please have your lights on and ride in a cohesive bunches.

Our Christmas breakup ride will be on Saturday 5 December 2020 from Yarragon where we will ride the shorter circuit and return to Fozzygoble for our coffee and Christmas chat.

Tomorrow’s forecast is for patchy fog or low cloud in the early morning. Partly cloudy.Winds easterly 25 to 35 km/h becoming light in the late evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 9 and 12 with daytime temperatures reaching 21 to 28.

14 November 2020 Ride

Mild temperature forecast for the mormig May be a bit damp so be prepared for for a drizzle or two. Darnum it is starting at 8am. Light on please and ride as a cohesive safe group.

Forecast to be partly cloudy with medium (40%) chance of showers in the morning. Light winds becoming northwest to southwesterly 20 to 30 km/h in the morning then becoming light in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 8 and 12 with daytime temperatures reaching between 18 and 22.

There is a request to have our Christmas breakup up ride from Yarragon on Saturday 5 December 2020. This means there will be two consecutive rides from Yarragon – last Saturday of November followed by our Christmas breakup. It will be bust time so we need to book a venue and need to know numbers. Please RSVP Kevin Roberts who will be looking after bookings.

7 November 220 Ride

Cool with light showers with mild south westerly winds in the morning. Rug with wet weather’s incase it gets a little damp. 8am start from Darnum. Please have your lights on for the ride.

It would be appropriate to congratulate none other than our Peter Kostos who has been successful in bing elected as one of our West Ward councillor. Well done Peter!
