2 May 2020 Ride (suspended)

Aa much as we would like to meet for a ride the COVID restrictions precludes us from doing so but allows groups of two to ride. In any case the weather tomorrow however will not be conducive for a ride with cold wet and windy weather predicted.

The curve is such there is talk about lifting certain restrictions. Let’s see what will transpire in the following weeks. In the mean time stay safe. Hope you are all well and looking forward to our usual group rides.

Saturday is forecast to be mostly cloudy with very high (90%) chance of showers, most likely in the morning. Snow falling above 1100 metres. Gusty winds. Heavy falls possible in the west. Winds westerly 35 to 50 km/h with stronger squalls, particularly near the coast and about the ranges. Overnight temperatures falling to between 3 and 7 with daytime temperatures reaching between 7 and 13.
