28 March 2020 Ride Suspension

The weather tomorrow is forecast to be perfect for a ride. I have however suspended our Saturday’s ride until further notice due to the ever changing Covid19 environment we are experiencing. We are required to reduce our movements by staying at home for the time being to avoid being infected and for our community’s protection or worst still passing on to others. We also need to be seen to be doing the right thing too.

Please understand this does not preclude you riding individually or if you wish ride in small groups riding at a reasonable distance between riders.  Keep social distancing in mind when having our usual after ride coffee.

Tomorrow is the last Saturday of the month so if you wish to ride tomorrow as usual then the venue will be Yarragon departing at 8am. Please ride safely.

I will not be riding tomorrow – being grounded by my better half – need to keep my Brownie points intact!

Saturday will be mostly sunny with areas of fog in the east in the early morning. Light winds becoming northwest to northeasterly 15 to 20 km/h in the morning then becoming light in the evening. Overnight temperatures falling to between 9 and 14 with daytime temperatures reaching 22 to 28. Perfect!
